How much does a survey cost?

Several factors, including distance to the job, amount of surveying in the area, the difficulty of the job, and other such factors determine a survey’s price. However, we do offer free estimates so you know how much a survey in your scenario will cost. Contact us at +(1) 417-458-4798, louie007@centurytel.net, or fax us at 417-458-4620 for a free, no-obligation estimate.

How does a survey work?

For a typical land survey, we show up whenever scheduled and set up our instruments to begin working. We then locate any needed corners to compute your boundary out, then set 1/2” iron pins with a plastic cap bearing our name at your property corners. For line staking, we then stake the lines between the pins in the places asked for.

After this, we draw a plat of the survey detailing what we did and how we did it and send several copies to you for any future personal use you may require of them. This is proof of the survey that you can keep for evidence if ever needed in the future.

I have a property located a great distance from Roby. Will you still survey it?

Yes, we can and will survey property anywhere in the State of Missouri.
